If you still have any concerns about submitting your credit card information through our secure servers, just contact us and we'd be happy to assist you directly with your transaction. Please do not send your payment information via email, as email is not considered a secure means of communication.

We are committed to ensuring your privacy as a customer. You can
be confident that we will not sell or exchange names, or any other information
about our online customers, with third parties. In order to improve your
overall shopping experience, we do collect information on which pages you
access on our site so we can judge what areas of the site are most popular
and which are not. We also keep track of information volunteered during the
order and registration processes - and keep this information confidential.
Payment Options
Payments for online orders are accepted through Visa, Mastercard, and American
Express. Your card will not be charged until your goods have been
shipped . If you want to arrange a check payment, please contact
us.
The shipping rate is calculated in real time when you place your order and is based on the destination zip code and the weight of your order. Most orders are processed within 24 hours after the product and design approval and are shipped within 7 to 10 working days (Monday through Friday). For UPS Ground, please allow an additional 3 days for delivery time. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO due to UPS and carrier restrictions.
